HOW TO USE
1. REMOVE SHOE INSOLE.
2. REMOVE FILM AND PAPER LINER
ON EACH SIDE OF THE HEEL PAD.
3. PLACE HEEL PAD INSIDE THE SHOE.
4. PUT INSOLE BACK OVER THE HEEL PAD.
So simple and easy, but so effective
I bought these for myself, and while they were being shipped, our son’s soccer coach noticed our 12 yr old son was getting sensitive to some “ankle shock” from the turf.
I put these in his soccer shoes the day of arrival,
and the next day he played about 85% of a 65 minute game, and he scored 6 goals (from his striker position).
He said it felt like “running on something like a trampoline.” He is hooked. They didn’t move or slide at all during his game. He now wants them in his basketball shoes too.
